Adam/Eve and Noah

We are in the middle of week 4: Abraham and Sarah (Abram/Sarai). It's not going as well as the other weeks, a little more harder to explain, and this week her attention span isn't good because of a stuffy nose/cough. That can always interfere our activities sometimes.  I keep thinking how these stories are over her head and what is she really getting out of it? Week after week, I am sure some are blending together and Adam and Abraham could be the same guy! Lol! No, but I did have a thought that even if she isn't understanding what I am saying completely there is a seed that is being planted in her heart/mind/soul.
      Last week we talked about a man named Noah who listened and obeyed God by building a big boat, that would keep every animal and man safe (in that boat/ark). We talked about seeing the rainbow in the sky and how that was God's promise that He wouldn't ever flood the earth again.

Here N is playing "In the garden" that we created. 

She is having them eat the apples.. 

 And there's that sneaky snake..

-Noah-

 We built an ark made out of a Ritz cracker box and an empty yogurt carton. I used an exacto knife to cut out a window in the carton so Noah could look out. :) 

She is using the placemat to be water and shaking it to give effects of the storm.

We did the rainbow together.
